I don't know if this one is still available on DVD anymore.
It's been a few years, I guess it came out in May of 2003 and then December of 2004 over here, in the USA.
The fans over at ANN seemed to think it wasn't so hot, not so bad either, eeking out a 5.9.
I got the DVD and thought much better of it.
The show is quite fun and very rewatchable, 7.5.
I adore the character designs initially by Eiji Komatsu,
then for the anime by Atsushi Ogasawara.
Being that this show came out with no English dub, that kind of doomed it to obscurity.
Another thing that people noticed was the similarity of Nanoca Flanka and Nonohan Takamichi.
They have nothing to do with each-other, but I'm sure that was a consideration.
