I tend to think more with the AniDB and ANN fans, the show seems to be kind of average...
. . . not mundane . . .
There are a couple of twists here and there but it is standard "harem, guy comes back after years" kind of anime.
I love the character designs, by Bekkankou, creator of many a hot anime/game girl.
This show started out life as a dating sim/adult visual novel,
but all of it that I've seen of the anime, seems to stay pretty much in the 'PG-13", "Teen" rating area.
You can still watch it streaming over at Crunchyroll . . .
. . . and if you got an afternoon to kill with a hankerin' for highschool, cute love-love . . .
