This anime is a personal favorite of mine. The fans at AniDB and ANN seem to rate this a 7.5 to 8, I thought it was worth a good 8.2
This will toss you more than a couple curves besides the yummy girls and you probably wont be thinking too much about how they look.
There are some pretty cool ideas that they try to use to move the story along.
There are a few wordy and awkward moments as well but this is anime.
One thing I've noticed is the people that really dislike this series,
some on reasonable grounds,
are the ones that are familiar with the games.
Most of the people that think highly of this series have only seen the anime
