There is very little I can tell you about Binchou-tan that you wouldn't be able to find in the supplied linkage.
I've seen very little of the show but what I have seen is wonderful stuff.
It's by Studio Deen and the CGI seems to work ok. The character and production designs are very reminiscent of older Disney and Fliesher films from the 1920's and '30's.
The music reminds me of some older style of Japanese music mixed in with some overtones of Rodgers & Hammerstien or Rodgers & Hart devices and hooks. It's just a pleasure to listen to as well as look at.

While the plot doesn't seem to be in realm of monumental anime the whole idea that a person is left with is,
that you should just sit back and enjoy this show for what it is, "fluff"

AND there is nothing wrong with "fluff"

If you feel the need to relax and just let the show take you on a sweet little trip,
this is perfect.

I have my doubts that this will make it to the USA in the near future . . .
. . . a terrible pity.
